La Belle-iloise Fish Soup
- This fish soup from Conserverie La Belle-iloise is a classic that we always take great pleasure to taste.
Recipe: Traditional Fish Soup with Rouille Sauce
Pour content of the tin in a pot and add 2/3 of tin of water. Heat without boiling and stir delicately. Serve hot and add grated emmental. Then, the best way to taste the Rouille is spread on toast or croutons rubbed with garlic before. Bon appétit!
